If anyone is in a place to donate no matter how small, my beautiful friend sarah is trying to raise funds to get a suitable vehicle for her mum to be able to still get around now that she is completely wheelchair bound. I know that she would be so grateful of anyone can help support them in whatever way ❤️

Hello and thankyou for viewing my Go fund me. Over the last year Mum has… Sarah Burnell needs your support for HELP US BUY A WHEELCHAIR CAR TO GET MUM AROUND

Ok, this is not feet finder. So please don't ask to pay for my feet pics 😝

But I just want to share the power of essential oils and good nutrition. Pictures taken exactly 48hrs apart.

I did a whoopsie and hurt my ankle.
Has significantly come down in 2 days using only 3 oils, no pain killers, no anti inflammatory medication.

🌸 Frankincense
🌸 Copaiba
🌸 Panaway

This is why I love love love having a little first aid kit with oils at home. So many great uses and on hand for whatever comes up 🙌🙌

Only 3 days left to get your free diffuser and orange oil.
🙌🙌🙌

If you need anything, this is such a good time to get it, because these freebies don't happen very often at all 🙌

Is the dad in your life a little new age and is interested in health products? This might be a great gift for him 🙌

Limited edition products and also discounts off some of the men's fav oils.

That oil diffuser is beautiful! I want one for Levi, he will love it i think! The wonderful diffuser is great for on the go. I think about if hubby is feeling a little stressed, under the weather, this might feel a little more masculine for him 😆

Also great if they love the sauna, this would be wanderful (see what i did there) for an extra infused goodness 💙

The kids are running wild, you've got washing and dishes to do. Then need a drink, a snack or want to play. How do I do it all?

An essential oil blend 😝 the best hack that nobody talks about!

🛁✨ Your sign to run the bath...

Candles lit.
Bath running.
Phone hopefully ignored. 😂
And a fizzy Stress Away Relaxing Bath Bomb doing its thing. 🫧🤎

Sometimes you don't need a complicated self-care routine. Sometimes you just need a hot bath, a little quiet and something that smells ridiculously good.

These bath bombs combine the Stress Away blend with skin-loving ingredients including coconut oil and sweet almond oil, leaving your skin feeling soft and moisturised while you soak. 🛁✨

And I love that they're made without: 🌿 Artificial colourants
🌿 Synthetic preservatives
🌿 Parabens
🌿 Animal-derived ingredients

Basically… bath time, but make it a whole mood. 🕯️

Quick and easy lunch prep for the week

Just add your lean 500g protein of choice

Ps. I only used half of the mingle mix, tin of tomatoes and onion.

Slow cook for 4hrs and shred 😋

Serve with brown rice, avocado and salad if you want something fresh. Even a little coriander 😆
