I don’t know about you, but I’m finding my 40s hard.
A mostly fully booked work schedule and starting 5.15am every morning.
Trying to keep a great relationship with my partner and kids when I’m tired thanks for all you do.
Figuring out how to help with meltdowns, while food prepping, washing, debriefing and processing how to grow business without working a billion hours while distracted with all the worlds noise.
So I joined a 12 week program with an old mentor
To get me clear on a plan and stick with it.
I’m good at training people. I’m good at getting tight bodies moving again.
But I’m not great at social media.
And I’m definitely not great at sticking to a plan when I’m building something for myself.
Because I want to create something special for people in their 40s.
For the people I do my best work with.
The people who feel stiff, tired, out of shape, overwhelmed and know they need something to change.
Who have had a season of life where they have focused on work and family but now they need their health to be a priority.
I already have the concept.
Micro habits for over 40’s that make major changes.
Getting healthy, pain free and in shape without completely flipping your life upside down.
The part that I find hardest?
This.
Actually putting something out there.
Because my default setting is brainstorming forever, making things perfect, doubting myself and doing nothing.
So this is me taking the first step.
In 12 weeks or less, I’ll have something amazing.
For now the habit we are doing which I would highly recommend is to watch Ted Lasso. Best show ever.
Can only feel like being a better person watching it.
