A quick warm-up before running can help prepare your muscles and joints for movement.

Try this Dynamic Warm-Up Routine for Runners 🏃‍♀️

• Leg swings
• Walking lunges
• High knees
• Butt Kicks
• Calf raises
• Hip circles

Keep it light, controlled, and gradual — about 5 minutes is enough to get moving.

Experiencing Neck or shoulder pain?

These areas often become sore with work, stress, or training load — but the right rehab can help you move more comfortably and confidently.

Try a few simple resets throughout the day:
• Chin tucks – gently draw your chin back
• Shoulder blade squeezes – sit tall and squeeze back
• Gentle neck stretches – move within comfort
• Take movement breaks – avoid staying in one position too long

Small, regular movements can help reduce stiffness and improve comfort.

Our Osteoporosis & Falls classes are led by Exercise Physiologist Adam and focuses on building strength, improving balance, and supporting confident movement.

Our small group sessions provide individualised exercises and guidance to suit your needs.

Adam’s classes are available Wednesday and Friday mornings, with a few spots still open for the Wednesday session. An assessment is required before joining.

🚴‍♀️ Cycling
