I can’t believe it’s been 2 years since I opened Sauna & Ice Bath Booragoon! 💛

One of the best parts has been meeting so many lovely, like-minded people who enjoy fitness, wellness and taking a little time for themselves.

Thank you to everyone who’s visited, brought a friend or recommended us to someone. It means so much to a small business like mine.

I’m excited to keep welcoming familiar faces back and meeting plenty of new ones along the way.

Here’s to another year of good chats, a bit of heat and a chilly dip! 🥳

Make your sauna session work for you 🔥

Whether you prefer a stronger, more intense heat or something a little gentler, you can easily customise your experience.

For more heat, sit closer to the heater or carefully add water to the stones.

For less heat, move further away, open the air vents or lie down on the bench because heat rises, the temperature is gentler lower down.

Listen to your body, adjust as you go and find what feels best for you.

Whether you drop in solo or bring someone along, you’ll have space to unwind, reset and enjoy the moment.
