*GREAT NEWS* THE FIRST PRIVATE HEALTH insurance company to make Naturopathy available again is CBHS! Commonwealth Bank

They offer three levels of Extras and natural therapies are on them all.

Naturopathy was re-instated for private health rebates by the Government in July 2025, but it has taken this long for any fund to get it operational.

Medibank Private may be the next in line, a little later this year.

Anywhere else that means grilled fish, so what a treat.

Trans-fats in fried and baked food do need to be avoided, because of the damage they do to your cells, which causes inflammation. But we are all about balance here, and a rare high-quality indulgence like this is something to be enjoyed!

The chips were even made of real potato, with bits of skin left on - love that.

This was upstairs at The Heart, Hillarys Beach Club.
