Term 1 2026 is more than half way through! - Autumn coming and beautiful skies over Waylen Bay .

Today was our last class of 2025.
Usually we end the year with a focus on joy . But this week it was hard to feel/ express joy amongst the horror and grief I felt after Sunday’s massacre of the innocent . So on Monday I lit candles for each one of the dead and we had a practice focusing on loving kindness and peace .
This morning we added the concept of light- Love, Light and Peace and I lit the large candle I have been lighting at home every night.
Classes will resume in January with early morning intensive and February for full programme .
May your Christmas be filled with Love Light and Peace.
