The Kindness Project

The Kindness Project An invitation to rediscover your own essence and answer that quiet calling home. My offering is not about healing in the traditional sense.

A gentle walk of remembrance, to return to who you've always been, underneath it all. Are you experiencing tiredness from life, overwhelm, or disconnection from self, do you feel and sense there is something deeper waiting to be remembered within. Maybe you already feel the pull of home calling, a ripple or spark somewhere deep within reminding you off all that already divinely exists. Through sac

red practice, I gently help dissolve the structures from life holding women away from their core. It is about dissolving what no longer serves you, so you can reconnect to who you truly are beneath the pain, the patterns, loops and stories. When you visit with me, we don’t add more, we are releasing all that no longer serves or works for you. My own journey began in a place of seeking, searching for something outside myself to fix what felt broken. What I discovered was that true restoration happens when we reconnect to our own sacred field of stillness. This is now the space I hold in others. If you are truly ready to shed the bounds your life has created, let’s work together. You may choose to work in partnership with the herd to discover a profound invitation to your field of stillness. Or we can work one-on-one in person or through video call. Allow me to walk beside you, an offering of sacred practices and presence to support you when life feels heavy, when you're unsure how to move forward, or when you simply feel the quiet pull to return home to yourself. I will meet where you are, and walk guide you as you realign your body, mind, energy and consciousness. Let me help welcome you back home.

You've done everything they told you.

The meditation. The yoga. The therapy. The books, "oh my god, the books". The boundaries you tried to set that either collapsed or cost you in relationships you weren't willing to lose. The morning routines. The journalling. The breath work.

And you are still tired in a way that none of it touches.

Not broken. Not sinking. Functioning, fully, impressively, in ways people around you don't even clock. But underneath the functioning is a woman who is so exhausted from being everything to everyone that she has become almost invisible to herself.

She knows she's in there. She can feel her. There's a fire that hasn't gone out, it's just been burning low for a long time, starved of oxygen, waiting.

You're not looking for someone to fix you. You know you're not broken.

You're looking for someone who can actually see you, not the mother, not the partner, not the daughter, not the friend or workmate, you.

The original one. The one who existed before life layered everything on top of her.

And you're looking for a way back that actually works. Not inspiration. Not validation. Not another framework to intellectualise while nothing shifts in your body.

You want the real thing. The how. The actual journey through.

You're ready. You've been ready for a while.

You're in the right place.

Join the Recalibration Journey, visit for a Deep Rest Experience, join the herd for a Being in Stillness event, or attend an In the Feild- phone free escape.

The Kindness Project is a space of complete reconnection.

10/08/2026

Not broken. Not in crisis. Functioning but not as greatly as you can and feeling completely lost inside it.

The work we do together isn't about fixing what's wrong. It's about coming back to what has always been within you, underneath everything you have accumulated along the way.

The patterns stored in your body from childhood. The relationships that asked you to make yourself smaller. The years of giving from a cup you were never shown how to fill.

We move through those. Not to revisit pain but to finally release. To recalibrate.

And slowly, you begin to recognise yourself again.

You begin to see yourself, and you like what you see.

This isn't just transformation. This is reclaiming your aliveness.

What we build can no longer be taken from you.

Dysregulation:
Medical: A condition in which a process in the body is not controlled in the way that it normally should be.
Psychology: the fact of being unable to control emotions in the way that most people can.

The word dysregulation has become another one of those fad words in recent times. It is great to see people finding ways to use language to understand themselves and others more, and to explain how they are feeling.

Most people think nervous system dysregulation looks like panic attacks, meltdowns, or complete collapse.

Sometimes it does. But mostly? It looks completely ordinary.

It looks like being exhausted but unable to switch off. Lying in bed running through tomorrow's list at midnight. Waking at 3am with a chest full of tension and weight, feelings you just can’t name.

It looks like snapping at someone you love and not knowing why. Apologising constantly for taking up space, for having needs, for existing a little too loudly or a little to brightly.

It looks like scrolling for an hour after telling yourself you'd go to sleep. Not because you're lazy. Because stillness feels unsafe and your body needs the noise.

It looks like doing everything right, eating well, exercising, trying to be positive, but still feeling like there's a low hum of dread underneath everything. The world has become a little dull.

It looks like helping everyone around you while quietly disappearing.

It looks like getting through the day and calling that living.
None of these things are flaws or weaknesses. You haven’t found yourself in a place you can simply push through.

You are experiencing life from a trained system; your nervous system is reacting to life from the accumulation of everything you have lived through. Its purpose survival, keeping you safe.

And it did its job. You are here.

Even though you no longer want to live at peak survival pace. No one has ever taught you how to retrain your system.

Yet it is available to you.

If any of this sounds familiar, there's a place to begin; Into the field – Your phone free escape, Being in Stillness with the Herd, a Deep Rest Session, or a spot in the Recalibration Journey. Choose what feels right.

Last night I heard the sad news that Monty Roberts had passed away.

He was a man I never got to meet, yet he gave me permission to be with horses in a way no one ever had before or since I came across him.

At 22 years old, I had taken my horse Westie to a trainer with the plan to attend Nationals. At the time, I had a conversation with my horse trainer about how I wanted to ride and be in partnership with my horse. That this mare of mine needed conversation, not force. I was told flat out that wasn’t how it was done. I was laughed at, and being young, I wasn’t always the best advocate for my girl.

Not long after this, my girl passed away in my arms following a tragic series of events. She is the one that I hope sometimes pops in and sees what I’ve done, how I’ve grown, and what I have become, because of her.

Everything I’ve done since her loss began with Monty’s work.

My dad and I practised the techniques together; we learnt gentleness with horses together in new ways, he a horseman since his younger years, me a sensitive feeling-based kid who saw the world with different eyes and hands. Together we watched videos, read his books, and attended an in-person event with Monty.

When I told my dad last night, he replied with “Top of my list of heroes”.

Here are some of the things I’ve learnt, in horses, the horse world, and people alike.

We can teach anyone a skill or technique to be applied in horse training, or in any situation. But something I believe I understand of Monty’s work and the join up concept is that it was never training and was never a technique. It was always deeply rooted in conversation and building connection, relationship and rapport. It was showing a horse who you are, and an invitation to be seen, and to let the horse know you saw them; who and how they are.

I admit, I did not always understand this. But as I have become immersed in learning from my own teacher, I understand this with a depth; there are indeed so many layers to each move we learn.
This matters because many people took Monty’s work and applied it to many horses and failed.

What they forgot was the quality of the journey and inner growth and change of the person behind the application of the technique. It was not about join-up as a tool. I believe that was perhaps where it got misused.

When used to control, it is violence. Albeit this did show the horses exactly who you were!

I think one of my personal gifts in Monty’s work was a journey I got to walk with my dad and our horses together, a change in the man himself and the way I was given permission to be gentle, that my own deep sensitivity in life was special in my way of being with horses and never needed changing, it was an invitation for refinement, development and growth.

I hope that each horse felt that.

I at times rejected the work of Monty, a little like religion; I felt it was used as a weapon to get obedience, and that process hurt a great many.

However, I never forgot the most important things though, that a man I never met saw me, understood some of what I felt and experienced with horses myself, he named it in public spaces, opened the door for conversation and change. He gave me confidence to be proud of who I am with horses.

Monty, as you arrived back home, I dare say there were a great many horses awaiting you. Celebrating a wave of change you led in their world shared with humans. One where whips were dropped, old habits died, and gentleness filled spaces that allowed them to be seen.

Who you are behind what you do counts; techniques are something you learn in the beginning before they become an embodiment of you as you grow and deepen understanding; then they become attunement, intuitive, conversive and flowing. I think this is what join up was all along.

"She feels faceless, especially to herself.

After we work together, she begins to see herself again

and she likes what she sees."

This is not a program.

This is the moment you stop being invisible to yourself.

It's the thing you've been aching for and couldn't name.

The lightness.

The life force.

Feeling everything but responding instead of reacting.

Dancing on a boring Tuesday.

The light in your eyes that had lost their twinkle.

"You are reclaiming your aliveness, in a way that can no longer be taken away from you."

My Silver, our little Ellie the baby elephant.

When she arrived, as with everyone that arrives to me, they get to hear one promise, you can just be you, I will take care of everything else. I don't have a need for you to be anything else than who you are.

And with that, Silver has said no. A lot. And that has always been okay.

I have always tried to allow her to lead our conversations. They are on her terms and in her time. As the years have gone on, I’ve wondered if we were getting anywhere. In most of our interactions the fear she holds, makes me sad for everything she has been through, especially when her little body still shudders involuntary if she thinks you'll touch her.

She more often than not will reject an offering of a space that would allow her to release and recalibrate. This is everyone's right to choose for themselves.

Yet, we have come so far. She no longer completely leaves herself. She will choose connection now, little walks where she runs ahead and gets you to follow, and she’s become quite the chatterbox. We have eye contact. She watches me. She no longer shakes or runs away. Still cautious though, and she will still dart off if I lift my energy just slightly too much. She still hasn’t chosen touch; we are gently working toward it together.

This weekend we had a lovely lady come and connect with the horses, due to rain we worked in our shed, which meant we were right next to Silver and Honey, this would usually mean Silver would be around the corner unseen, quiet, and with absolutely zero engagement. While she no longer "leaves" herself, she chooses to remove herself from closeness with our visitors.

Sunday was different.

Instead, she came right in.

She stood as close as she could be, her sweet head dropped, and she was a part of the circular flow of energy that connects the herd and I as we work.

Over the space of the hour, she just melted and softened in ways I've never seen her do before. Her eyes softened, they weren't held open in fear like they normally can be, her mouth was soft, and she was licking and chewing, releasing. Her tiny body was allowing things to move through her like I have only seen a few times before, she would sink into the flow, then she would stretch these full body nose to tail stretches like a giraffe, and then she would sink back into the melted gooey softness again.

Then as I was finishing my work Silver quietly moved away, had a few more stretches and went off to graze by Honey's side.

I shared some of her story with our guest and shared that sometimes, those who show up to receive can also offer us the most magical and unexpected opportunities to heal ourselves too. Perhaps they had some similar life stories that allowed Silver to receive something she had been waiting a long time for.

This very special moment reminded me that we do things in our own time, sometimes we need to meet the right person, and that our journey cannot be forced, nor is force needed. We can trust the timing, and we are allowed to just be us, and divinely everything else is taken care of.

I so appreciate that my horses are also my greatest teachers, in this incredible circle of events Silver gave me a timely reminder to trust her process.

It was quite emotional to witness her on Sunday, as she finally let herself receive it too.

Horses are truly remarkable beings.

I can’t believe we are here in the second half of 2026 already!!

This year has been a little different for me, life changes, my kids are adults off doing their own lives, and I found myself with the question of what do I do next?

Back in April I was extended an opportunity to attend a 5-Day Immersion with my teacher at short notice. I accepted that opportunity to allow myself to go deeper into this life experience more than I have ever been able to before.

And it shifted a huge amount of things in me.

Coming out of that space I took another opportunity to go through three unique programs that assisted me to work through business/life/career. In a way that allowed me to understand myself a little more, to help refine what I want for myself, to clarify my dreams and goals.

I have sat with some big questions for myself; What do I actually want to offer people? What is the work only I can do? What does this need to look like for it to be sustainable, honest, and real?
What came back to me was clarity I hadn't had before.

I know what I'm here to do.

Getting to this point has been a little uncomfortable to say the least, stepping back and looking at yourself, and being really honest, stripping your s**t back can be pretty raw. But it was also about time. I’ve worked hard to become who I am, to build my skills and knowledge, and I don’t think I have been honouring that pathway in the best way.

Now it is time.

So, I would love to share with you.

My work is for women whose bodies, minds, souls and lives are reflective of how they have been shaped by everything they've lived through:

The childhood that allowed them to become adults with flawed systems that reacted instead of responded.

Relationships that became survival and left them living further away from peace.

Caring for others, that has them feeling unrecognisable to themselves.

Women who are in a cycle of coping, performing, and holding everything together while also feeling profoundly disconnected from the life they were designed to live.

This is where I come in, this is the moment I help with. Not fixing. Not healing in the way that word gets thrown around.

Recalibration. Coming back into your own body as somewhere safe to live. Beginning to see yourself again and liking what you see.

I've rebuilt The Kindness Project with this at the core. There are new ways to work with me, over the coming weeks I will be sharing with you what I have been building over the past few months.

I am nervous about this change, but also, I am excited to finally share it, and I feel like this is a much-needed space for so many women right now.

If any of this landed with you, and you feel it in a way of being understood, I would love for you to stay.

Thank you for being here.

The beautiful winter sunshine joined us for the morning. With perfect timing to get all the horses feet sorted by our amazing farrier.

Then a light drizzle through the valley. It is amazing how quickly the view can change.

Last night dinner time, stunning sunset, and jammies for Pepper, of course every old man needs blue teddies 🧸 💙.

We tried for a cute pic, but he refused to lift his out of his feed. Think his new food is a winnner.

I sure don't get tired of the view through the valley. The river is slowly filling, there were a few white tops on the rapids too.

Being in Stillness with the Herd is next Sunday. Join us for some nature, nurture and pony love.
