When you think about improving your health, what do you usually reach for?
A multivitamin? Vitamin D? B12?
We hear a lot about vitamins, but we don’t talk nearly enough about minerals!
Yet minerals are involved in thousands of chemical reactions throughout the body. They help regulate your mood, stress response, thyroid function, blood sugar, brain energy, sleep, muscle function and hormone balance.
The challenge is that mineral imbalances are incredibly common.
Modern farming has reduced the mineral content of our food, chronic stress increases our mineral requirements, and digestive issues can reduce how well we absorb them.. And they can be notoriously hard to absorb for some! Yet they’re often overlooked because blood tests don’t always reflect what’s happening inside our cells and tissues.
This is just one of the many reasons why I use HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) to get to the underlying cause of ill health.
HTMA doesn’t replace blood tests—it provides a different perspective. It identifies longer-term mineral patterns that may be contributing to symptoms such as anxiety, low mood, brain fog, fatigue and poor stress tolerance, helping explain why two people with the same symptoms can have completely different underlying drivers.
HTMA uncovers your mineral and heavy metal imbalances which can be the key to understanding what’s happening in your body!
