At M Power Health & Wellness we provide a range of counseling and wellness services to help you live the life you have always imagined. Our services include one-on-one counseling, couples counseling, personal development and health coaching, E.F.T, sound/movement therapy, yoga and sound healing sessions, and support groups. You will find a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your

thoughts, fears, pain, grief and emotions. Helping you to bring awareness to yourself and your strengths and to find ways of managing life issues using various skills.

We come from a person centered and holistic perspective where you are the driver and the focus always. And where it's not a 'one size fits all' but an 'think out of the box approach' to therapy. You are in safe hands with a practitioner who is a qualified counsellor, personal trainer, personal development coach, yoga teacher and also has a degree in Psychology. The highest qualification being 'lived experience!!'
