No filters. No trying to look 30. And definitely no desire to turn back the clock.

I believe in aging naturally — while still taking really good care of my skin.

For me, skincare isn’t about erasing every line or pretending ageing isn’t happening. Those lines are part of a life lived.

It’s about keeping my skin healthy, hydrated, nourished and glowing as it changes with me.

That’s one of the things I love about Biokos. Beautiful skincare with botanical ingredients and targeted actives that I can choose according to what my skin needs now — not what it needed 20 years ago.

At 57, I don’t want younger skin.

🌙 On peeling nights:

1. Cleanse to remove makeup, SPF and impurities
2. Tone to refresh and prepare your skin
3. Apply Gentle Peeling Serum to clean, dry skin
4. Follow with a hydrating or nourishing moisturiser

Start with 1–2 nights a week and see how your skin responds.

And remember — you don’t need to use every active product at once. Keep peeling nights simple and avoid layering with other exfoliating acids or retinol.
