This course offers you a wonderful opportunity to meet new parents and spend time with your baby in a relaxing and supportive environment. Course includes:
5 x 60-90 minute sessions (5 consecutive weeks). A bottle of pure cold pressed vegetable oil. Sound information in a supportive and interactive environment. Intimate Class sizes. Morning tea and handouts supplied. (Minimum of 4 parents for course to run)

“Closing of the Bones” through the eyes of a woman who once held me. my doula, my witness, my guide in birthwork — shared these words after receiving her own session:

I recently experienced a beautiful "Closing of the Bones" session with Maggie, and it was honestly one of the most nurturing, grounding and sacred experiences I have had in a very long time.

I am not pregnant or postpartum, I am actually moving through the season of perimenopause, and this session touched me deeply as a woman. It wasn’t just physically comforting, it felt emotional, spiritual and deeply honouring of womanhood itself while all wrapped up like a cocoon.

Maggie held such a safe, gentle and respectful space. I felt seen, cared for and completely able to soften and let go. The wrapping, the stillness, the warmth and the intention behind every part of the session created an experience that felt both healing and restorative.

Today reminded me that wellness is not always about teaching oils.
Sometimes it’s about creating a space where mothers feel safe enough to soften, share and simply be 💕
We explored beautiful winter wellness supports, experienced the oils, shared rituals for rest and nourishment… but what unfolded most deeply was connection.
There were tears, moments of release, heartfelt conversations and the reminder that so many mothers are carrying so much quietly.
Grateful for the presence, honesty and warmth shared around my table today 🌿✨
This is the kind of wellness work that fills my heart.

There is something so sacred about those early newborn weeks 💙
My Newborn Nurture Sessions are gentle in-home visits designed for babies from birth to 8 weeks and their parents — creating space to slow down, settle in, and simply connect.
These sessions are not about “doing more” with your baby. They are about presence, nurturing touch, and supporting both baby and parent during those tender early weeks together.
Within each session we gently explore: ✨ Containment holds
✨ Loving nurturing touch
✨ Gentle techniques for the newborn nervous system
✨ Support for digestion and wind relief
✨ Creating calm connection and bonding at home
✨ Helping parents tune into their baby’s cues and rhythms
Newborn babies are still adjusting to life earthside, and their little digestive and nervous systems are incredibly sensitive and immature. These sessions offer just enough gentle support without overwhelming or overstimulating them.
My hope is to create a calm nurturing foundation at home before families move into baby massage or baby yoga classes when baby is ready ❤️
I am now available for private in-home Newborn Nurture Sessions for babies aged 0–8 weeks.
