Stretching Can Actually Build Muscle!
Recent meta-analyses have confirmed that "high-volume" stretching can induce significant hypertrophy and strength gains, similar to light resistance training.
This reveals that mechanical tension - the key driver of muscle growth - can be achieved through stretching alone if the intensity and duration are high enough.
