I'm a practicing Registered Nurse working within a critical care area, Clinical Reflexologist (Dip.) & Usui Reiki Master living in Perth, Western Australia. Reiki means 'Universal Life Energy' & is an ancient Japanese artform of spiritual healing, allowing the flow of peace inducing universal energy through to your body. Reiki energy is transferred in a series of noninvasive hand positions followed by various gentle techniques which lifts energy congestions up and out of your auric field. What is Reflexology? Reflexology involves gently applying pressure on various areas of the feet using my hands & various soothing massage techniques. This deeply tranquil therapy is based on the theory that the entire body, it's systems, glands & nerves endings (of which there are over 7000 in each foot) has a corresponding reflex point or area on the feet. As I gently 'work' specific points on your feet, congestion is released from the corresponding organ, which you may feel as heat or tingling around your body. Both therapies result in blockages of the mind, body & spirit being gently cleared & you feeling a deep sense of calm & balance as your body is eased back into alignment. When both therapies are experienced in the same session, the results are truly profound! Your session will draw to a close with vibrational aura cleansing from beautiful singing bowls along with my small batch space clearing products. SESSION PRICINGS:

60 Mins $80
90 Mins $120

PRODUCTS:

~Incense & Palo Santo Smudge Sticks; $5
~Cleansing Salts $15
~Essential Oil Roller Blends $15
~Small batch Crystal & Reiki Infused Space Clearing Sprays $20
~Create your own perfect little cleansing bundle! Private USUI REIKI TEACHINGS available! Get your own group together & learn this beautiful form of self healing! Please contact me for info on level 1, II and Master teachings. (Maximum of 4 people)

Becoming ‘me’ has definitely not taken any short cuts,

From my very first day as a shiny new grad Nurse in 2000, I felt like a part of me was missing & that I wasn’t living my truth.

I know, very cliched…..

But I can honestly say that throughout all of my studies along the way, I have loved discovering who I truly am, and am so grateful that so many invite me into their worlds to share with them the peace & calm that I have now been able to gently ease into my days also now.

So far, my studies have lead me to

🤍 B. Nursing
🕊️ Usui Reiki Master
🤍 Cert IV & Dip. Clinical Reflexology
🕊️ Dip. Clinical Aromatherapy
🤍 Cert. Indian Head Massage (Champissage)
🕊️ Cert. Swedish Massage
🤍 100 hr Advanced Sound Therapist

…. I wonder where I’ll be growing my heart & soul next?…..
