We're growing our admin team in Ballajura, and we'd love to meet our next Part-time Scheduler 🗓️

You'll keep our staff and client rosters running, sort out shift changes and availability, and make sure everything lines up with NDIS client budgets. Most of your day will run through Microsoft Teams and Excel, so being comfortable in both really helps. You'll also be one of the friendly faces on reception, answering calls and welcoming visitors.

It's part-time to start, with real room to grow into full-time as you settle in.

We're after someone with admin, scheduling, or rostering experience, solid Excel and Word skills, and confidence using Teams. Experience in NDIS or disability services, or with Monday CRM or BrightHR, is a bonus.

$6,000 for No Limits Perth. That's where our raffle campaign landed, and it started with something much smaller.

A week of ticket sales through Marketplace Shopping Centre and the Bunnings Ellenbrook sausage sizzle brought in $1,400 on their own. We put that toward something bigger: a weekend escape for two to COMO The Treasury, with dining, drinks, and a cruise on the Swan River.

That bigger raffle went on sale at the No Limits Perth Annual High Tea Fundraiser, a room full of vintage teacups, blue and white florals, and people who turned up for a good cause. By the end of the day, we'd raised nearly $6,000 🎉

None of this happens without the people who bought a ticket at Marketplace, grabbed a sausage at Bunnings Ellenbrook, or came along to the High Tea. Big thanks as well to Radio VCA 88.5FM for getting behind the campaign with us.

Earlier this year, we spent time clearing out the Dungeon Youth Centre in Ballajura and setting it up for Get Ready Together (GRT), our free program supporting young people through the shift out of high school and into what's next.

Since May, GRT's been running twice a week, and it's exactly the kind of steady, familiar place a lot of families tell us they're missing once that structure disappears. It's ASDAN accredited too, so the skills participants build show up on their official WA Statement of Student Achievement.

Terica recently popped into Sam's Spares to pick up some tech, and it's not the first time. We've been walking through their doors since the day TNWA opened, and every piece of kit we've picked up has worked as well as anything brand new.

There's a bit of a myth floating around that refurbished tech is somehow the lesser option, slower, less reliable, or more likely to let you down. That hasn't matched our experience at all. The gear holds up, day in and day out, and on the rare occasion something does need a repair, the team looks after it for us without a fuss.

This partnership does double duty. Every laptop we get through Sam's Spares is one less device heading to landfill, and every dollar we spend there stays local instead of a big-box international retailer. It's a small choice on paper, but it adds up to something bigger when you make it again and again.

We're proud to be part of the Sam's Spares community, and grateful for a partner who backs us in more ways than one. Thanks for having us in the shop!

A lot of people wonder what social and recreation support looks like, day to day. For one of our participants, no two outings have looked the same.

A quiet walk through Kings Park, stopping at the State War Memorial. A browse through the shops in a pair of oversized sunglasses. A competitive round on the arcade guns at Timezone.

Same person, plenty of variety, and that's exactly the point. Social and recreation support can be almost anything, as long as it helps someone get out and do what they enjoy on their terms.

Under the NDIS, that might mean building the confidence to try something new, having someone alongside for the parts that are hard to manage solo, or simply having a way to get there in the first place. The cost of getting in the door, tickets, arcade credit, shopping, stays with the person. What we help fund is the support to make it happen.

Our team spent the day at the CareOn Multicultural Disability Expo 2026, swapping stories with families, carers, participants, and other services from across the community.

Between the talks at the podium and a room full of stalls, our CEO Terica caught up with familiar faces and met plenty of new ones, while the rest of the team spent the afternoon chatting with locals about what a plan with TNWA can look like, and pointing a few people toward other options if we weren't the best fit.

Thank you to Careon Services for putting on a day like this. It's exactly the kind of event that makes it easier for people across the City of Swan to find their way to the right help, whether that's with us or someone else in the sector.
