Noticing a decline in the condition of James’s house, Gary became concerned that the unkempt home was beginning to compromise his friend’s health.

Taking a proactive approach, Gary contacted Citizen Advocacy to address his concerns, allowing the team to collaborate with James’s support coordinator to arrange a cleaner.

Once a cleaner had been to James’s residence, James felt empowered to be responsible for the cleaning of his home. Gary’s quick communication to address this issue resulted in James becoming more independent.

Ready to soak up some culture and sunshine? 🌊🎨

One of Perth’s most iconic events, Sculpture by the Sea at Cottesloe Beach, is making sure everyone can enjoy the art with their Beach Access Days!

From March 11th to March 19th, 2026, special beach wheelchair matting will be installed. This allows visitors using wheelchairs or with reduced mobility to get off the pavement and up close to the incredible sculptures right on the sand.
