Staying healthy

Your health is my top priority, and I would like to assure you that Perth Myofascial Release will continue to be a safe and healing space for all clients. I will be maintaining all the following safety, cleaning and hygiene protocols at the clinic:
- replacing all linen used during treatment with clean ones for every client, which are washed every day in hot water
- cleaning the treatment table and self-treatment tools with biodegradable disinfectant between each client
- regular hand washing and sanitising
- adding disinfecting surfaces more times throughout the day.

As always, make efforts to stay healthy with good nutrition, exercise, and more importantly, avoid stress and stay positive. Spend time being quiet and in meditation or prayer, and if possible in a natural environment.

Remember also the fascial system is embedded everywhere in our bodies. The John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach reduces fascial restrictions and creates space for bodily processes such as the circulatory, respiratory, and digestive systems to work more efficiently. This in turn enhances our immune system.

If you cannot make it into the clinic, I encourage you to continue self-treatment at home, and please don't hesitate to contact me if would like to discuss your self-treatment regime with me.
