We’re looking for a dedicated and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. If you’re organized, professional, and passionate about providing excellent patient care, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role
Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone
Managing appointments and recalls
Processing billings and Medicare claims
Supporting doctors and clinical staff
General administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly

About you
Previous experience using Best Practice software is essential
Prior medical reception or healthcare admin experience
Minimum 1-2 years of medical reception or healthcare administration experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask
Works well in a small, supportive team environment

We’re excited to welcome Dr Setu Modi to ADSA GP Family & Workers Clinic, starting tomorrow!

Dr Modi brings extensive experience across emergency medicine and general practice, with special interests in chronic disease management (especially diabetes), musculoskeletal injuries, wound care, acute/minor injuries and non-pharmacological weight management.

He’s also deeply involved in medical education and is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

We’re thrilled to have him on board, and he looks forward to caring for our community.
