I've been reading a lot about stress, and polyvagal theory and safety and threat the last few days and finally got the message that the main thing we need to do for resilience is breath
There are a lot of different styles of breathing out there to try, give them all a try and then keep doing it all day every day
Just remember if you want to calm you body down the inhale needs to be shorter and the exhale needs to be longer
