Hi Everyone.
It’s great to see a community pulling together in these hard times. I wanted to do my part too. Below is a protocol to help your body combat the symptoms/virus that’s happening.
TLDR:
Cold therapy helps
Infrared saunas are great
Get morning sunlight (30mins)
Wim Hof Breathing daily
It’s important to stipulate that there’s not enough evidence surrounding COVID 19 so we can’t exactly say that what would help a flu would do the same for COVID 19.
Some of the things that we have learned is that Vit C does work as a buffer. This has been observed in having a larger impact on populations that have lower Vit-C in the blood. Vit C does behave like insulin in the blood. Meaning those with compromised/poor insulin will be at higher risk.
This brings me to the stress hormone. Cortisol and Insulin work as a seesaw with one lowering the other. The key thing here is cortisol suppresses the immune system so you need to do everything you can to remain calm and collected. Therefore if you have to go to the shops, best to go at a quieter time and deal with what you can or maybe meditate before you go.
There are things we can do to mitigate the stress hormones and help boost the immune system. I will talk about foods and supplements towards the bottom.

Sunlight ☀️
UV morning light has been shown to have amazing effects on the body. From boosting circadian rhythm, to helping in neurotransmitter production and even boosting immunity via Vit D. Practice 30mins early morning sun bathing with ideally as much skin exposed as possible. The more you soak up, the more fuel you give your body. You can boost your immunity further with an infrared sauna visit too! 💪🏻
Cold therapy 🥶
A daily cold shower can do so much for activating the immune system and priming the stress response. This combined with the WHM will leave you feeling great but importantly energised and ready to deal with the onslaught of stress happening right now.
Infrared Sauna 🔴
Daily exposure has been shown to benefit almost everything from boosting s*x hormones and boosting detoxification. Pair with the cold therapy for extra benefits.
Start by getting 30mins sunlight in the morning and a daily cold shower (end on cold) and build the time up as you go.
