**We’re Hiring – Disability Support Workers | Perth**

Shadow With Arsh Disability Services is currently looking for caring, reliable and experienced **Disability Support Workers** to join our team and support participants across Perth.

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy supporting others and understand the importance of building trust, maintaining consistency and providing support that respects each person’s individual needs and choices.

We would particularly like to hear from workers who have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Autism and ADHD
• Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
• Intellectual and psychosocial disabilities
• Supporting non-verbal participants
• Behaviours of concern and emotional regulation
• Personal care and daily living support
• Community access and social participation
• Mobility and physical assistance

Our participants have different support needs, ages and routines, so we have a range of **weekday, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts** available across Perth.

We are looking for people who are **patient, dependable and confident working independently**, and who can build positive and professional relationships with participants and their families.

Applicants should have relevant disability support experience, a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, along with the required NDIS screening and compliance documents.

We welcome applications from people of **all cultural backgrounds**. Due to the individual preferences of some of the participants and families we currently support, we would also be very interested in hearing from **Bhutanese and Bangladeshi support workers.
