☀️ Skin Cancer Checks in Perth
Skin cancer is very common in Australia and is most often caused by years of sun exposure. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation can damage skin cells, and over time these changes may develop into skin cancer.
The most common types include Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC), Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) and Melanoma. While some grow slowly, others can spread if not treated early, which is why regular skin checks are important.
At Subi Derm Clinic, skin cancer checks are available with Dr Stephanie Weston for higher-risk patients, and Dr Esmee Cordes provides screening for lower-risk patients.
If you’ve noticed a new or changing spot, or simply want a professional skin check, we encourage you to book an appointment.
Please note: Due to high demand, new patient appointments with Dr Stephanie Weston currently have a waiting time of 4–7 months.
