🌺 Ka Huna and Lomi Lomi… are they the same thing?
It’s a question we’re often asked.

Both are beautiful forms of bodywork with roots in Hawaiian traditions, and both use flowing touch and connection - but the experience, movement and intention behind them can feel quite different.

Heartworks Lomi Lomi is often gentler and more inward, with long, flowing strokes and a beautiful connection between the heart and hands.

Ka Huna is more dynamic and rhythmic, using the hands, forearms and elbows, with movement that can feel almost like a dance around the body.
