Aimz is back, back back again……. for a bit!


I have some exciting news — I’m going to be back home from 8th September until 5th October!



While I’m home, I’m opening up a limited number of spots for mobile personal training — I’ll come to you, bring the equipment, and we’ll get stuck into some good sessions together!



I’m also considering running some small group training sessions while I’m back, depending on how much interest there is.

So, if you’d love to train with me while I’m home, I’d love to know what you’re interested in:

After four incredible years, Aimz Fitness is closing its doors, for now. I actually cannot believe I’m even writing those words. Only just in February this year I made a 5 year plan to grow the business.

This has been my whole heart, the early mornings, the laughs, the tears, the sore muscles, the events and fun times spent together. All of it. However, things change, life works it’s beautiful magic 💫 and tomorrow can always look incredibly different than yesterday. Trust in yourself and the universe that she’s got your back 🙏

Every single woman who trained with us, thank you. Every Coach that has been through our doors, thank you. I appreciate you more than you know. It has been such an incredible experience to create a space for women to feel safe, seen, and to be able to feel comfortable in our space.

I am so proud of myself for growing a business, but more importantly I’ve made friendships that will last a lifetime too. 🥰

I’m stepping into a new chapter, some much needed rest, travel with my partner ⛵️ and space to unwind. Just like rest days at the gym, it’s a necessity to take time off to have fun. Don’t take this life for granted, it’s short and memories are what makes life worth it, so take the trip, take the time off, go for that girls trip because later sometimes become never.

It’s not goodbye forever, I’m happy to offer online coaching sessions via zoom. So DM me if this peaks your interest.
