Yeah steps are beneficial
Yeah they can aid in fat loss

But is 10k suitable to your schedule ?
Imaging you currently do 2k then you’re suddenly expected to increase this by 8000 extra steps
On the contrary imagine you work to work and you do 14k and now you’re being told to do 10k

Adding more colour to your plate isn’t just about making your meals look good it’s one of the easiest ways to boost your nutrition.

Different coloured fruits and vegetables contain different vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and plant compounds that support your health:

🔴 Red foods support heart health
🟠 Orange foods are rich in vitamin A for eye health
🟡 Yellow foods contain antioxidants that support immunity
