A big week of learning for our team! 🌟

Pharmacists Marlene and Parisa, together with intern pharmacists Pearl and Nihal, attended the LiveLife Optimal Care Masterclass, expanding their knowledge and skills to help deliver even better care to our communities in Laidley and Plainland 🙌🏽

What an incredible two days at the LiveLife Pharmacy Optimal Care Masterclass!

Bringing together pharmacists from across our network, the Masterclass focused on strengthening clinical knowledge and enhancing the care we provide to our communities.

The program featured expert-led sessions covering a diverse range of important healthcare topics, including Inhaler Technique for Respiratory Devices with Debbie Rigby, Continence and Skin Integrity with HARTMANN GROUP, Medicinal Cannabis with ECS Botanics Holdings Ltd, Voluntary Assisted Dying with Penny Liddell and Rebecca from Qvas, Wound Management with Olivia O'Donnell and Jess from Smith+Nephew Medical Education, and a clinical update from Steph at BioCeuticals.

We are incredibly proud of our pharmacists in attendance for investing in their ongoing learning and professional development, demonstrating a genuine commitment to excellence in patient care. By sharing knowledge, embracing new ideas and continually building their skills, they help ensure our communities receive the highest standard of care every day.

Thank you also to Bruce Elliot, our Chief Pharmacist, and everyone involved in organising such a valuable and engaging event, as well as our presenters for generously sharing their expertise and insights.
