It starts to sound more like,
“I trust that my wisdom has a place. When I wait for the invitation, life flows more smoothly.”

The key is self-awareness. Noticing your inner dialogue. Pausing to check in with yourself.
Asking, “Did I actually want to express something just now — or did I jump in without being invited?”

That awareness is what brings you back into alignment.
