Another week in paradise. Building, Planning, Plunging. We had a bit of a play with aufguss in the big sauna this morning. gave us an incredible guided sauna session with music and essential oils.

And we got to trial our new waterfalls.

I also quit my day job to do this , so it has been a week of change all round. Super keen to see what the future holds as we head into peak sauna season.

Week 2 of the new sauna in position.

Learned a little bit about Aufguss this week in Sorrento with Sauna Rituals with Naomi Gregory and Aufguss.it . Keen to introduce some new guided sessions to the schedule down here at springs beach soon.

The sauna is in !!! And reversed in first time, call it beginners luck.
