A few from the weekend.

Life is short, get out and get active if you can. Some people come for health, some come to heal, and connect. Some just to get away from the world for an hour.

Whatever your reason is we are incredibly grateful to be that place to so many. And to be embraced by the community has been a humbling experience for us here at Hello Sauna.

Anyway Im rambling….. see you next week . Oh yeah we are open tomorrow afternoon too. ✌️Johnny

Another week in paradise. Building, Planning, Plunging. We had a bit of a play with aufguss in the big sauna this morning. gave us an incredible guided sauna session with music and essential oils.

And we got to trial our new waterfalls.

I also quit my day job to do this , so it has been a week of change all round. Super keen to see what the future holds as we head into peak sauna season.

Learned a little bit about Aufguss this week in Sorrento with Sauna Rituals with Naomi Gregory and Aufguss.it . Keen to introduce some new guided sessions to the schedule down here at springs beach soon.

The sauna is in !!! And reversed in first time, call it beginners luck.
