It is so heart breaking to hear the stories coming out of Nepal - Tibet border. My deepest condolences and prayers go out to every families & animals affected, stranded or grieving because of the devastating floods in the Nepal - Tibet border region. I would like to share one heartbreaking story about a Tibetan woman that I heard from a friend at Voice of Tibet.

“It feels like a bad dream. If they are dead, I cannot see their bodies; if they are alive, I cannot reach them.”

A Tibetan woman who arrived in Kathmandu from Rasuwa just two days before the disaster shares the agony of not knowing what has happened to her relatives. Her greatest worry is her pregnant sister, whom she has been unable to contact.

In the little conversation they managed to have immediately after the tragedy, her sister told her that she had watched her in-laws being swept away by the flood. She also saw the hydropower station where her husband worked being swept away.

She is now left in a painful limbo, with no way of knowing whether her loved ones survived or were swept away.

May all those who have lost loved ones find strength, may the missing return safely, and may help reach everyone still waiting to be rescued.

💫 or healing ancestral patterns
And then, with full awareness and love for one another, the group sets the stage: where we’ll be born, who we’ll meet, what crossroads will awaken us, and what experiences will expand our soul the most.

When we finally arrive on Earth, we forget the plan ,that’s part of the journey.
But our soul family never really leaves us. They weave in and out of our path, waking up something ancient and familiar inside us.
If you’ve ever met someone and instantly felt recognition, comfort, or a strange emotional pull… you may have just found a member of your soul group, walking the path with you once again.

✨ Your soul has always been guided, supported, and deeply connected.

It's easy to mourn the things that left your life. It's much harder to imagine what they're making room for. Leo season is often associated with confidence, creativity, and stepping into a version of yourself that no longer needs to hide. Before we can embrace that energy, though, we sometimes have to let go of people, plans, and expectations that no longer fit the life we're growing into.
