There is a sacred medicine that becomes available to us when we allow ourselves to slow down…

In restorative Yin Yoga, the body is gently guided into deep stillness and safety. As we soften into supported postures, the nervous system begins to regulate and the brain shifts from busy Beta waves into healing Alpha and Theta brainwave states — the frequencies connected to restoration, intuition, meditation, emotional healing, and deep inner peace.
This is where the body remembers how to heal.
In these deeply restorative states: • The muscles release tension
• The heart rate slows
• Stress hormones reduce
• The body moves into “rest, digest & repair”
