That’s the number sparking debate across forums, social media and specialist websites.

The difference in diameter between a 32-inch wheel and a 29-inch wheel.

At DUKE, this isn’t a theoretical discussion.
We are actively working on the development of 32-inch wheels, notably in collaboration with through Project Fahrenheit.

Is it better than 29-inch wheels?
It’s clearly too early to make any universal claim.

What matters to us is the process: testing, measuring, understanding how wheel size impacts dynamics, efficiency and rider feedback — depending on use cases and rider profiles.

A research direction.
Explored seriously.

La différence de diamètre entre une roue de 32 pouces et une 29 pouces.
Chez DUKE, ce n’est pas un sujet théorique.

Nous travaillons activement au développement du format 32 pouces, notamment aux côtés de BMC via le Project Fahrenheit.

Est-ce mieux que le 29 pouces ?
Il est clairement trop tôt pour l’affirmer de manière universelle.

Ce qui compte pour nous, c’est la démarche : tester, mesurer, comprendre l’impact du diamètre de roue sur la dynamique, le rendement et le ressenti — selon les usages et les gabarits.

Une piste de recherche.
