Nearing the end of this incredible trip and realising how hard it is to say goodbye to friends and family who are always in my heart.

A beautiful time in Abingdon, near Oxford with Maxine and Andy.

A difficult farewell to Julie JulieHoops Brown who has been a super star and taken me all over the country.

Early birthday celebration dinner at The Greyhound pub, delicious, thanks Max and Andy. Tomorrow will be an emotional one. X

A surprise visit (thanks Julie JulieHoops Brown) to Stonehenge enroute to Oxford to see more life-long friends, Maxine Bullock and Andy.

We managed to get close enough to feel the powerful energy emanating from the these magnificent stones, just before the crowds came for the full moon ritual.

Another bucket list item ticked! My girlfriend knows me well.

Our last day of the Women's Rest & Restore Retreat, UK at the magnificent St Nectan's Glen started with a relaxing guided meditation and healing with sacred cacao infused with abundant blessings and love.

We then enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast and another walk in the forest amongst the waterfalls and streams.

What an incredible weekend, held in nature, and nourished with the most incredible food prepared and delivered fresh to our retreat cabin by chef Tim.

Thank you to the divine goddesses who shared this experience with me and said 'yes' to loving themselves completely and allowing all the healing and love in.

Forever grateful. Xx

I knew St Nectan's Glen was pretty special when I stumbled across it last year bit oh my goodness, having the forest, the retreat space and the yoga studio as our home for this weekend - and all to ourselves when the tourists leave, is something else!

Totally cocooned in nature, wrapped up in sunlight, and bellies full of home-made food thanks to Tim, the on-site chef, is fulfilling in itself.

After some gentle yoga followed by a refreshing dip in the waterfall this morning, a hot shower, sacred cacao and oracle card reading, then full cooked breakfast, we're ready to explore this magical wonderland some more.

Thank you to all the beautiful staff here for making us feel so welcome, especially Tracey. Our hearts are healing and feeling filled up!

Early morning walk to Tintagel Beach before the crowds arrived this morning was well worth it to experience Merlin's Cave. Julie Wright heard mermaid whispers coming from the ocean side, Kylie Beer gifted some crystals to the cave, and I was in my element feeling joyful!

Great to get our feet in the water again and watch the waterfall gushing over moss-covered rocks and merging from two paths into one divine union.

Next stop St Nectan's Glen for our Women's Rest & Restore Retreat, UK.

From Glastonbury to Tintagel, North Cornwall where the legend of King Arthur lives on and the ruins of Tintagel Castle remain, as well as the magical Merlin's Cave which is only accessible during low tide.

One of the most picturesque places to visit but very busy at the moment with holiday-makers, including us!

Thanks Joy Markwell for capturing this photo once we made it to the top of The Tor. Victory!

Kylie Beer fulfilled her dream this evening and facilitated a wonderful Chakradance of the Heart at the top of The Tor after we enjoyed a hot sacred cacao first, followed by more Oracle readings.

There was plenty of activity happening around St Michael's tower with drummers, dancers and even a huge didgeridoo that blended nicely with the chakradance.

The roofless tower that remains is of a 14th century church that was destroyed in an earthquake in 1275. It symbolises the divine masculine atop of the Divine feminine mound of the Hill.

In mythology the Hill is associated with the Isle of Avalon and local folklore claims the Tor contains a hidden cave leading to the fairy realm of Annwn and is the resting place of the Holy Grail.

Another 'pinch me moment' as we shared the sunset dancing under a pearlesant moon.

Thank you Kylie for an amazing experience and to Julie JulieHoops Brown, Julie Wright and Joy for your divine presence.
