* ACT allows me to tune into my body, my environment and the people and places around me…
* ACT has helped me to reduce my stress and worry.
* ACT has helped me handle uncomfortable thoughts and unpleasant feelings more effectively…
⚖️So as I embark upon this strength journey I will encounter all sorts of issues and obstacles along the way…
