Sorry if I’ve been a bit slower on replies this week. I’ve had a little more on my plate as i've been solo parenting.

This last week has flown! I've still been working with clients and lots of behind the scenes in the business, but also doing the usual school runs, after school sports, parties, and all the day to day home life in between. (Washing might be starting to win though 😉)

Another 1.5 weeks of solo parenting so please be patient with me as I will be absolutely be doing my best to keep on top of things.

BUSINESS UPDATE ✨️

As of the end of this month, I will no longer be operating from the Bungalow.

Online consultations will continue as usual. I will also have some options available for face to face appointments, so if this is your preference, please feel free to reach out.

I’m very grateful to BHP Western Australia and Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce Industry for the opportunity to operate from the Bungalow over the past year and for providing a space that has supported the growth of my business.

As much as I have loved having my own little space at The Bungalow on Edgar. I’m looking forward to what this next chapter holds for the business and the continued growth ahead.

Thank you to all of my clients for your continued support and trust over the past year, it truly means a lot, and I look forward to continuing to support you moving forward.

I'm running a Pregnancy nutrition, Mindset and breathwork workshop alongside Aly from Shukr Wellbeing. It's currently scheduled for 26th June with only few bookings at this stage.

I’d love to check in and see if people are interested in this topic but finding the timing or work commitments make it difficult to attend?

Putting these workshops together takes a lot of time and energy, so I’d really love to make it as accessible as possible for everyone who’s interested.

If so, I’d really appreciate any suggestions on more suitable days or times that would make it easier for people to join.

until our Pregnancy Wellness Workshop in Port Hedland, and there are still a few places remaining.

Pregnancy comes with plenty of questions, changes and advice from every direction. This workshop is an opportunity to take a step back, connect with other local mums-to-be, and spend a couple of hours focusing on both your wellbeing and your growing baby.

Nikki Watts Nutrition will be sharing practical nutrition guidance, meal ideas and information to help support you through each trimester, while I’ll be sharing simple tools to support your nervous system through breath, mindfulness and grounding practices.

Whether you’re newly pregnant or counting down the weeks until you meet your baby, you’ll leave with practical knowledge, simple tools and the reassurance that you don’t have to navigate it all alone.

Meal planning in our house doesn’t need to look perfect… but having a plan is a non-negotiable for me as a busy mum. 🤍

I always make sure dinners are planned for the week, while keeping things flexible when needed. It helps reduce the mental load, saves extra trips to the shops and makes busy weeks feel that little bit easier.

Some things that help us:
✨ Planning dinners ahead
✨ Using leftovers or freezer meals when needed
✨ Keeping simple lunch staples in the fridge
✨ Having easy snack options on hand
✨ Repeating simple breakfasts that work

Meal planning doesn’t need every meal perfectly mapped out or followed exactly. Some weeks plans change and we lean more on quick meals or leftovers — and that’s okay.

This is something I support clients with 1:1 too, helping simplify meal planning and prep in a realistic way that works for them and their family.

Third trimester nutrition sometimes needs concious effort - but it doesn't have to feel complicated.

Between fatigue, appetite changes, chasing after kids and preparing for bubs arrival, nourishing yourself can feel challenging.

Sometimes it simply looks like:
🥚Eggs on toast
🥗 Nourishing salmon salad
🍓 Yoghurt with berries
🍽 Balanced dinner with protein, veggies and healthy fats.

A gentle reminder that nourishment doesn't need to be perfect to be supportive.
