There’s something about winter that changes the way we practice.

Not worse.
Not less committed.
Just… different.

Sometimes we need slower mornings.
More grounding.
More warmth.
More rest.
More moments of still between the movement.

Our new Winter Schedule was created with all of that in mind.

More availability in some of your favourite classes.
More opportunities to practice consistently.
More support for the season we’re moving through together.

We're excited about adding a weekly 6:15am .one one Breathwork class with as another pathway to access the state of yoga.

Breathwork can be such a powerful support during winter — helping regulate the nervous system, improve mental clarity, release stored tension and reconnect us to ourselves beneath the noise of daily life.

Because honestly, winter practice often becomes about so much more than movement.

It becomes the thing that helps us stay connected to ourselves when life can feel heavy, stagnant, disconnected or off the charts busy.

And if you’ve fallen out of rhythm lately, please know there’s no expectation to “get back to where you were.”

You’re allowed to simply begin from where you are now.

Winter Schedule is now live ❄️🤍🧘‍♂️

There are some experiences that stay with you long after they end.

When approached to host renowned Sarangi maestro Sanjeet, we felt deeply honoured and aligned. When our mutual contact shared about the journey Hindustani classical music can take you on within yourself but also as a community, we thought this is yoga through music.

This is more than a concert.

It is an invitation into deep listening. Into slowing down enough to fully arrive in the moment. Into gathering with others in a way that feels nourishing, grounded, and human.

The evening will unfold through artist conversation, immersive live performance, a shared buffet dinner, and space to connect in circle afterwards.

For us, offerings like this are part of creating experiences that extend beyond the expected — spaces where music, culture, presence, and community can be felt together.

Whether you come alone, with a friend, out of curiosity, or from a deep love of music and tradition, you are warmly welcome here.

Limited spaces available and are moving fast so get your tickets if interested.

We hope to gather with you.

June feels like an invitation to turn inward.

The weather softens. The evenings arrive earlier. The pace naturally begins to slow.

And with that… we often notice more of ourselves.

How do you respond to change?
Do you soften into it or resist it?
Do you cling to old rhythms or allow space for something new to emerge?

Yoga gives us the opportunity to observe these things gently.

To meet ourselves honestly.
To nurture the state we’re actually in — not the one we think we “should” be in.

This month we’re leaning into practices and experiences that support the inward season:
❄️ a refreshed Winter schedule
❄️ ritual gatherings
❄️ sound journeys
❄️ music, movement and intentional connection

A reminder that these moments we share — with ourselves, with one another, simply being here — are sacred.

Somewhere along the way, many of us abandoned ourselves.

We distract. We scroll. We stay busy. We override what we feel. We keep moving because slowing down can feel uncomfortable.

INHABIT is a six week meditation course for the people wanting to gently turn back toward themselves again.

Not through force.
Not through performance.
Not through trying to become someone “better.”

But through learning the deeply human skill of being here.

This course with .thehomeopath is designed to reconnect you to the experience of being fully human. Not perfect. Not endlessly “zen.” Just more alive, more present, more connected to yourself, your body, your life and beyond.

Accessible for beginners.
Deep enough for long time practitioners
All are welcome.

What if rest became part of your lifestyle… ..not just something you reached for when burnout hit?

This monthly Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath experience is a space to completely soften: physically, mentally, emotionally.

A chance to step out of the constant stimulation of daily life and give your nervous system the reset it’s quietly been asking for.

Through guided Yoga Nidra and an immersive sound bath, the body is guided into deep restorative states linked to healing, emotional regulation, stress reduction, and clarity of mind. The science is real but more importantly, so is the feeling.

The exhale.
The stillness.
The moment your body finally lets go.

No movement required.
No experience needed.
Just come as you are and allow yourself to be held by sound, rest, and space.

This isn’t about escaping life.
It’s about learning how to move through it more grounded, balanced, and connected.

Sadhana: Living Yoga Series
Curious about Sadhana?

The name can sound a little mysterious, a little “what even is that?”
Especially in a world where yoga is often reduced to stretching, sweating, or touching your toes.
Sadhana is actually something deeply human.
A personal practice.
A moment to pause amongst the noise and reconnect to yourself.
Not in a perfect, aesthetic, incense-burning-on-a-mountain kind of way.
In a real life way.
The kind that helps you breathe through hard conversations.
Notice when your nervous system is fried.
Catch yourself before reacting.
Feel more present in your relationships, your body, your everyday life.

Our Living Yoga Series was created to bridge traditional yogic practices with modern life, making these teachings accessible, grounding, and genuinely supportive for the everyday person.
No pressure to “get it right.”
No need to be experienced or deeply spiritual.
Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to meet yourself honestly.

If you’ve been craving more depth in your practice or maybe just more depth in life itself, this series has been created to meet you exactly where you are.
