"because of past trauma, I have a lot of anxiety and trust issues. Equine Enhanced Well Being has helped me build confidence and let me work on building connections with another being in a safe environment.

It's also great to talk and work through things without the confrontation of a face to face couch/office situation.

The distraction of the ponies makes it easier for me to relax and let my guard down.

I love it!"

'Small things often'... a great approach to growth, sustainability and healing...

We are proud of these tiny flowers to welcome our clients at the barn, tiny but with great meaning and gratitude for their beauty, symbolism.

They are a reminder that when a seed is planted, nurtured, encouraged by the sun and water, amazing growth can occur, no matter how small and sparse 🌸 it's worth celebrating and honoring, just as we do with those who join with us in counselling, therapy and capacity building at EEWB and EWB 😊
