Calling all tea lovers and herbal enthusiasts!

I'm thinking about launching a Herbal Tea Blending Workshop, and I'd love to know if this is something you would be interested in......

Imagine spending a relaxing couple of hours learning about beautiful herbs, discovering their unique flavours and aromas, and creating your very own personalised herbal tea blend to take home.

If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, let me know in comments or send me a message. Your feedback will help plan dates, locations and workshop themes.

Feel free to tag a friend who would love this experience!

Slowing down doesn't mean doing less, it means being more present in what you do. This morning started with a cup of tea, lighting candles before breakfast, a quiet walk and a few moments checking my phone. No rushing, no multitasking, just enjoying the simple things.

In a world that celebrates being busy, there's something powerful about choosing a slower pace for what truly matters.

I have always admired people who move through the world differently. The kind who delight in flowers, swap recipes and enjoy home cooked meals. Who enjoy ordinary mornings and keep small rituals. Not because they have to but because something asks for it. And somehow life begins to feel fuller. Softer. Not perfect, just intentional. Bush Flower Teas was created from that feeling. Not to escape life but to fully arrive in it. Somehow ordinary moments can turn into something almost sacred ✨️
