Tension, injury & dehydration cause the fascia to tighten. The moves over the back and around the ribs, will give a sense of Breath Release🙌

Coming out of protection mode you will stand straighter, your diaphragm will let you breathe deeper.

➡️“I can’t switch off, always trouble with sleeping”
✅She fell asleep on the table and is sleeping better
➡️“Chronic shoulder pain 5 years - no idea what I did to it”
✅She got through a few bad headaches and is now feeling great.
