π What is it?
Should I adapt my dietary behaviours toward it?
Would it benefit my lifestyle?

β’ These are just some questions you need to ask yourself when thinking about partaking in intermittent fasting.
Intermittent fasting is where an individual partakes in an eating pattern of not consuming or consuming very little to no energy for a long period of time (avg 16hrs) with periods of intervention to consume normal food behaviours on a recurring basis.
π The following slides discuss very briefly some points of benefits however, also some points of disadvantage toward partaking in intermittent fasting.
β’ Now Iβm not saying itβs great or itβs not, Iβm saying that it is key to understanding how it could benefit your life style, if itβs sustainable for your lifestyle or if it just wouldnβt work for you at all.
