Choosing a facial shouldn’t feel like a test.

With so many treatments, different names and different skin concerns, we completely understand why our menu can feel a little overwhelming.

And honestly, we don’t expect you to know which one is right for you.

That’s our job.

We’ll chat with you about your skin, what you’re wanting to achieve and what your skin actually needs, then guide you towards the best place to start.

So if you’ve ever sat there thinking “I have absolutely no idea what to book”... don’t worry we’re here for you

Your nervous system called. It needs a little rest.

We’re all very good at keeping going.

The emails. The appointments. The school runs. The lists. The things that can always wait until tomorrow... except somehow they never do.

Sometimes you need to stop doing and simply be looked after for a little while.

A quiet room. A comfortable chair. A facial. An hour where nobody needs anything from you.

Maybe that’s exactly what you need🤍

We love receiving this award 🤍

We’ve just found out that Port Macquarie Day Spa has received the Phorest Client Experience Award for 2026.

And we’re especially proud to receive this one because it’s based on feedback from our clients and the experiences they’ve shared with us.

To us, that’s what really matters.

In fact, we’ve been fortunate enough to receive this recognition year after year since 2019.

Creating a space where you can slow down, feel looked after and have a little time that’s just for you has always been at the heart of what we do.

So to everyone who has taken the time to leave us a review, recommend us to a friend or simply keep coming back...

thank you 🫶

And to Felicity, Ellen, Lara & Rose, thank you for the care you put into creating those experiences every single day. I’m so proud to have you as part of our Port Day Spa team. 🤍

Receiving this award again is a lovely reminder that all those little things really do matter.

We’ve always believed a facial should do more than care for your skin.

It should give you a chance to stop.

When we relax, our nervous system has a chance to move out of that constant “go” state. Our breathing slows, our shoulders drop and the body begins to settle. And as the stress response settles, cortisol can too.

This is why we always incorporate relaxation into our treatments.

Because skincare isn’t just about what we put on your skin. It’s also about creating an environment where you can properly switch off and be cared for.

At Port Macquarie Day Spa, relaxation has always been part of the experience. Whether you’re here for a results-focused facial or simply need an hour to yourself, we want you to leave feeling like you’ve cared for more than just your skin.

Glowing skin is lovely. Leaving feeling completely relaxed is part of the treatment, too. 🫶

No big explanation.

Just take the hour.
Put your phone on DND.
Lie down.
Close your eyes.
Let us take care of the rest.

One of the things that makes me feel rich in life is the women I get to meet through this little business.

The conversations, the laughs, the stories, the familiar faces and the women who have trusted us for years.

And getting to create a space where you can stop for a minute and just be looked after.

I’m pretty grateful for that. 🤍

Social media looks easy until you’re the one trying to create it 😂

Every week:
“I’m definitely going to make content.”

Reality:
One random clip.
Three interruptions.
A dead phone.
No post.

Please tell me it’s not just me 🤍

Every review, kind message, recommendation and returning appointment never goes unnoticed.

Because behind every booking is someone choosing to trust us with their time, their skin, their wellbeing and sometimes even the one quiet hour they’ve had all week.

And that’s something we never take lightly!

To everyone who has supported our little spa, left a review, told a friend about us or continued coming back year after year… thank you.

We’re so grateful to care for you 🫶

Skin needling isn’t just about the treatment itself.
It’s also about the protocols behind it.

The products used during needling matter.
The ingredients matter.
The way your skin is cared for before, during and after matters.

That’s why we’re so particular about what we use in treatment and the standards we follow. Because your skin barrier, safety and long-term results should never be compromised for trends or shortcuts.

Professional treatments should feel luxurious but they should also feel safe, considered and trusted 🫶
