Sometimes we hold on because letting go feels painful.

And sometimes, from an energy perspective, holding on can keep us connected to something that no longer supports us — a hurt, an old story, a relationship, or simply a version of ourselves we’ve outgrown.

But letting go doesn’t mean it didn’t matter. And holding on doesn’t mean we’re stuck.
