Spring clean your sunscreen!

Spring is a great time to check what’s hiding in the bathroom cupboard, handbag, car or beach bag.

Check the expiry dates, throw out anything that’s been sitting around for too long and make sure you have a sunscreen you’ll actually use.

If you’re looking for a new one, consider a zinc-based SPF50+ sunscreen. Zinc oxide provides broad-spectrum UV protection and is a great option for everyday sun protection.

And remember — the best sunscreen is the one you’ll apply properly and regularly.

It’s a good time to get back into the habit of checking the UV before heading outside, reaching for the sunscreen, finding the hat and being a little more mindful of your skin.
