As Physios, we probably like exercise as much as we like drawing exercising stick people. We want to show you the benefit of improving your strength and balance so we’re starting up some Physio run small group classes with exercises tailored to each individual. All ages and fitness levels catered to. Classes run at 10.45am on Tuesdays for $15. If you’re interested, call our reception on 6584 4533 to book!

We’re welcoming Syann Allen to our legendary team of Physios!! Syann is an experienced Private Practice Physiotherapist with a special interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries, TMJ pain, and chronic pain most specifically in necks and backs. Syann is an all round addition to our team with a background in Pharmacy, massage therapy and exercise prescription so we might see a few exercise classes (maybe even some chair yoga) roll onto the schedule. Taking appointments from Tuesday April 11, we’re pretty excited to have her 👏🏻 #2444

Wishing all our patients, referrers, carers and their families a very Merry Christmas and a better 2022! Stay safe out there on those new bikes, skateboards, hoverboards or whatever else Santa puts in your stocking!! We fall a little harder as we age…😉

It’s new shoe day!! Do you know when to change your running shoes? It can be a bit brand specific, but you should start considering an upgrade upwards of 500kms for most high performance running shoes. Not only do the shiny new kicks make your legs feel like springs and help reduce injury and leg fatigue, the personal sense of accomplishment of marking 500kms of pavement pounded is enormous!! 🙌🏻
