As our Supports & Community Lead, you'll help coordinate participant services, support families, oversee community programs, and make sure great ideas turn into great experiences.

You'll be joining a team that's passionate about helping people build confidence, skills, community, and independence.

If you've worked in disability, community services, education, youth work, customer service, events, or program coordination, we'd love to chat.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Administration Officer to help keep our growing team running smoothly. This is much more than a traditional admin role – you'll be the backbone of our operations, supporting participants, families and clinicians to deliver incredible outcomes every day.

In this role you'll:
✅ Support participant onboarding and service coordination

✅ Manage scheduling, administration and day-to-day operations

✅ Help families navigate supports and services

✅ Keep systems, records and documentation organised and up to date

✅ Provide outstanding customer service to participants and stakeholders
