Remember a few months ago when I floated the idea of getting together for cocktails?

Well, ladies… it’s time to make good on that promise! 🙌

After a little time away recovering from surgery, I’m ready to reconnect with this fabulous community — and what better way than margaritas, sunsets and some good old-fashioned girl time?

Today is World Menopause Day, Sunday 18 October. And we want to say something clearly: menopause is not a medical problem to be managed. It's a human experience that deserves to be honoured.

To every woman who has ever been told she's “hormonal,” “difficult,” or “a bit much,” you are not broken. You are not fading. You are hot, foggy, and absolutely fabulous.
