Every man wants a woman like Adrian, who will support and uplift them. It’s not that she needs to do this constantly; it’s just the quality a man looks for to support and encourage them on their mission. She draws out Rocky’s emotions and reminds him to do it for himself, releasing all the pressure and expectations that have built up.

Sometimes in life, we need to ride the wave and not force things. We’ll process emotions and eventually gather information that reminds us why we chose this path. A supportive person like Adrian or a community can facilitate this process.

Devastating inconveniences can test and reveal a person’s inner strength and mindset. If these inconveniences continue to be a pattern, it might be worth reflecting on your inner state and how that might be influencing your reality. 🤔

Here is how you can obtain greater energy and reduce bloating prior to eating

1. Don’t eat straight away.
2. Sit down for 5 minutes and slow your breathing.
3. Bring the awareness to the body. Noticing any tension you’re holding and learn to let it go via a long exhale.
4. Use delayed gratification by looking down at your food to show appreciation. Observing what you see and what you smell.
5. Use gratitude and say “I am grateful I get to have this meal packed full of nourishing nutrients”.

Now you can eat.

Most work places will just have a microwave, use it but balance it out by cooking/heating your food for dinner over the stove. Microwave will zap a lot of the food’s nutrients.
