WHAT A BUZZ.
Amazing day at Yoga devotion by the ocean.
5 beautiful women giving themselves the gift of time out for themselves to connect with Mother nature.
Connecting with their mind, body and spirit. Time to escape and stay in a little bubble for the day.
The weather was amazing. The food was amazing even though I say so.
We had a Japanese theme with budda bowls.
I served a bowl for each person with rice and quinoa, roasted vegetable, sundried tomatoes with some mixed lettuce.
With a yummy homemade dressing.

In the middle of our circle I cooked lots of optional add ons to share to your preferred taste.

Potatoes and zucchini balls.
Marinated tofu
Sweet potatoes and lentil balls
Baby quiches with Greek fetta, zucchini and sun dried tomatoes
Cucumber
Avocado
Cheese
Flat pitta bread for those who would prefer wraps.

Yummy bliss balls and biscuits and watermelon, strawberries and bananas.

Everything was so healthy and fresh. Everything vegetarian and lots of vegan choices.

Very special day for us all.
