I offer deep tissue remedial massage AND relaxation. I usually do a combination however if lighter massage is NOT for you, just let me know and I can use some elbow! It all depends on your nervous system and how your body responds to the depth. Some people's bodies are quite numb due to some mental and emotional dissonance which they feel requires more depth however reconnecting to their body through nurturing and healing touch can be more beneficial to releasing tight muscle and pain.

Just a little sneak peak into my treatment space! Massaging is something I love to do! The benefits of an intuitive touch make this a honourable experience for us both.

✨️✨️✨️Did you know?? 🔮This is what I see (roughly using AI) when I am massaging your body. I see flashing light, small dots and balls of energy which shows me what things are connecting. (Connect the dots. Literally) And the other thing I see is what looks like electricty... swirls and movements of waves around the body. I started out in my early 20s doing JUST spiritual healing and then added beauty therapy, personal training and remedial massage later on. Seeing the energy field really helps my massage skills. ✨️✨️ let me know in the comments below if you see things too?

Jaw tension?? Sinus troubles? Headaches? Migraines? Neck pain or limited movement? I treat A LOT of jaw and sinus tension. Book a remedial or relaxation treatment and simply let me know what's troubling you and we can sort you out!
There are a few muscles in the front of the neck that don't often get massaged and it can be a game changer!

JOIN Sheryl and I at Tanilba Bay Hall for another Lion’s Gate experience together!

You will be experiencing our monthly sound bath with this added astrological event adding another dimension to your experience.

The Lion’s gate portal is a considered a potent time with the rising of Sirius, the central sun and the earth. This can provide a gateway of high vibrational energy that you can use to support spiritual expansion, knowledge, intention and healing.

***BRING: Mat, blanket, pillow, water, journal and pen, eye mask and any crystals or other talisman/object of your choosing.

WHY come to another sound healing event? It is a clear opportunity where you have no interruptions… allowing you to go deeper into relaxation which in turn allows the quietening of the mind THUS providing the spiritual or non physical experiences you may be seeking.
