✨️✨️✨️Did you know?? 🔮This is what I see (roughly using AI) when I am massaging your body. I see flashing light, small dots and balls of energy which shows me what things are connecting. (Connect the dots. Literally) And the other thing I see is what looks like electricty... swirls and movements of waves around the body. I started out in my early 20s doing JUST spiritual healing and then added beauty therapy, personal training and remedial massage later on. Seeing the energy field really helps my massage skills. ✨️✨️ let me know in the comments below if you see things too?

I have been active in the personal development and spiritual "industry" for 20 years. Industry.. 😬😑 . It has become a sell. Another way to make money and USE people's suffering and pain for a therapists financial - survival gain.

A key so you don't need to go to 100 self help groups and therapies 🔑.. acceptance. Just accept that the bad thing happened. Accept YOURSELF knowing you are learning as you go along. And hopefully choosing a more loving way forward. Accept others as they are. Teachers and a mirror.

I am happy seeing us all move beyond the material world and realising none of that goes with you however the healing journey does not need to be so long and heavy and cryptic and arduous.

ACCEPT... that many things are OUT OF YOUR CONTROL.
ACCEPT who you are and all your idiosyncricies so you can TRULY LOVE YOURSELF ❤️ Releasing negative self talk, releasing self criticism and judgement.

You will never be everyone's cup of tea so best to just be you and love it.

A little reflection as I have been sitting in the quiet and deep moments of this rich life of late.
