Bee Kind Services is growing and we’re on the hunt for some awesome humans to join our team!

We’ve got shifts available around Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens & Maitland and we’re looking for:
✨ 1 x Key Worker (supporting a young male with complex medical needs)
✨ 2 x Support Workers

Who are we looking for?
Not boring people 😅
We want kind, patient, down-to-earth legends who don’t mind getting involved in real life stuff like:
🌿 Gardening
🎨 Arts & crafts
🍳 Cooking
🧵 Sewing
🤼 Wrestling chats or a bit of Nitro Circus energy!

If you can have a laugh, build genuine connections and actually care about the people you support — you’ll fit right in 🤍

The must-haves:
✔️ First Aid & CPR
✔️ Police Check
✔️ Working With Children Check
✔️ Licence, reliable car & insurance
✔️ Experience with ABI, mental health, autism & complex epilepsy

Today is TSC Global Awareness Day 💙

Held every year on 15 May, this day helps raise awareness for Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) — If you have never heard of (TSC) before it is a rare genetic condition that can cause tumours to grow in different organs of the body, including the brain, heart, kidneys, skin and lungs.

TSC affects everyone differently, and greater awareness can help create more understanding, support and inclusion for those living with it and their families.

Today one of our participants wanted to go to the pet shop. He wanted to see all the snakes and lizzards. This beautiful baby macaw bird was so friendly and our participant isn't usally a big fan of birds well noisy ones but this beautiful boy was quiet and with a bit of encouragement he managed to give him a little pat and fell in love with this beautiful macaw
