A regular lunch for us.

A bowl of mixed everything that’s in the fridge salad and protein of 25-30g.

This can be a piece of salmon, 100g cooked chicken, pork or beef and sometimes an egg thrown in as well.

I tend to have my carbs after workout or small serve at night.

Meal prep in the weekend for a simple week ahead.

Don’t complicate things!
Keep your meal prep simple.
Start with your protein and add veg.

I used 800g pork mince and loads of chopped veg (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushroom, pumpkin, red cabbage and a handful of beans in the bottom of the crisper.

Tin tomatoes, ginger, veggie stock paste and Chinese 5 spice. Use whatever spices you like.

7 meals (I ate one for brekky)
197 cals
22g protein
12g fat.

10 mins prep, cooked on the stove for 20 mins.

Too easy.

Building STRONG 💪 BODIES.

Term 2 starts on Monday. I’ve got one spot left in our FIRE 🔥 program.

Build lean muscle, learn correct technique, improve imbalances and fix niggles with just 2 customised sessions per week.

It’s a 10 week program that ensures consistency as you’ve got an appointment - no excuses.

Only one spot left at 7.30am on Tuesday/Thursday.

I only took One photo 📷 and they were ALL smiling 😊.

This is part of the amazing crew who participate in our Exercise Rehabilitation class each Tuesday at 9.30am.

We laugh, we get balanced, we laugh, we lift weights, we laugh, we get coordinated and we laugh a bit more.

The class is suitable for all injuries and niggles and joint replacements, perfect for Parkinson’s, heart or stroke patients (with Dr clearance).

And of course it’s a great social experience for us all.

Cost $10.

With our final week of FIRE 🔥 TRAINING for Term 1 coming to a close, there are some big weights being lifted. The past 8 weeks have been a progression to achieve the pinnacle this week.

The posture was mastered; the range of movement was impressive; we made improvements along the way; we measured progress and evaluated by adding extra weight - all without compromising technique.

Ps. it’s not compulsory to wear black but it’s clearly a favourite.

Term 2 starts Monday 20th April. Limited places available. Apply within 😜.
