Sophie has always been eager to understand the human body – how it functions, how it adapts and how it heals. Her studies in Osteopathy helped to channel interests in sports, science, problem-solving and people, to make her a practitioner that can achieve results with just about any injury that comes her way. Sophie has achieved great success with all types of individual patients, by using a biomechanical approach to her osteopathic care. This involves, tailoring each treatment to the needs of the individual and providing valuable information and advice for aiding recovery and promoting future good health. Working closely with the Trainers of the CrossFit South Yarra team, means that Sophie has full confidence our shared clients are getting a co-ordinated approach to their total body health and well-being.
